New Directions Healing Center LLC was founded in 2018 by Liz Odom. Liz Odom is a licensed mental health professional with two decades of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in a variety of settings.

She specializes in helping individuals manage the effects of toxic stress and anxiety that can result from ongoing difficult life situations or unresolved childhood issues.
